I stayed at this hotel over the Christmas period, and while the location is stunning, it's quite remote. It took a good half hour boat ride to get to the main island, costing around 200 baht per person if booked through the hotel. The superior cottage we had was far from superior, with a very uncomfortable bed and outdated decor. On the plus side, the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, which made my experience a bit better.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort which boasts beautiful gardens and a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was quick, and I really enjoyed the golf cart ride to my bungalow. The rooms were well kept, although the air conditioning only worked while I was in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. The breakfast included was decent, but not extensive.
