Phi Phi Natural Resort, Phi Phi Don

I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem, offering a perfect getaway with its serene and peaceful ambiance. The check-in process was smooth, and the transportation from the pier was well-organized. However, the distant location of standard rooms might be inconvenient for those with mobility issues, and the beach wasn't ideal for swimming. Overall, it was a great stay for relaxation, but some amenities could use improvement.

I stayed at this hotel over the Christmas period, and while the location is stunning, it's quite remote. It took a good half hour boat ride to get to the main island, costing around 200 baht per person if booked through the hotel. The superior cottage we had was far from superior, with a very uncomfortable bed and outdated decor. On the plus side, the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, which made my experience a bit better.
